Martha McKnight Proctor was a magistrate judge for the Magistrate Court in Lincoln County. She served as a judge from August 2002 until her retirement from the court on January 31, 2014.[1][2]
Career
Before she became a magistrate judge, Proctor served as the county clerk for Lincoln County from 1988 to 2002.[2]
2010 election
Proctor was re-elected to the Magistrate Court with 100% of the vote.[3]
