Thomas J. Sutfin was a 2014 nonpartisan candidate for the city council of Long Beach, California.

2014
The city of Long Beach, California held city council elections on June 3, 2014. A primary election took place on April 8. Carl Kemp and Stacy Mungo advanced past Joseph D. Luyben and Thomas J. Sutfin in the District 5 primary. Mungo defeated Kemp in the general election.[1][2][3][4]
