James R. Kieffer was a circuit court judge for the Waukesha County Circuit Court, Branch 8, in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. He was elected in 1985 and re-elected in 1991, 1997, 2003 and 2009. He retired on July 31, 2015.[1][2]
