Thomas J. Carnes was the judge for both the Portage County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Divisions in Ravenna, Ohio. He retired on February 8, 2015.[1]
Education
Carnes received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University.[2]
