D. Charles Bailey is a judge on the 20th Judicial District in Washington County, Oregon.
2012 election
Bailey ran unopposed and was re-elected in the May 15th primary.[1][2]

Education
Judge Bailey earned his bachelor of arts in political science/sociology from the University of Oregon and his J.D. from the University Of Oregon, School of Law.[3]
Career
Before taking a seat on the 20th Judicial District Bailey worked for the Washington County District Attorney's Office.[3]
