John Garhart was a judge on the Erie County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Garhart was first elected in 2005. He was retained in 2015.[2] He retired in December 2018.[3]

Garhart earned his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University and his J.D. from the Rutgers University Law School.[4]
