Margaret W. Hudson was a judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was appointed to this position in 2006 to replace retired Judge Edwin P.B. Sanders, and she was re-elected in 2014 without opposition.[1][2][3][4]

Hudson retired from the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court on January 4, 2023.[5]

As an unopposed candidate, she was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [4] 

Education

Hudson received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida.[1]

Career

Hudson worked at several private practice law firms prior to a judge. She practiced with: Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A in Winter Park; Akerman, Senterfitt & Eidson in Orlando; Pflueger & Hudson, P.A. in Altamonte Springs; and Wolff, Hill & Hudson, P.L. in DeBary and New Smyrna Beach. She has also worked in the Office of the U.S. Trustee. She was appointed to the Seventh Circuit in 2006.[1]
