James E. Carlson is a Pennsylvania magisterial district judge for Tioga County Magisterial District.[1] He was re-elected on November 5, 2013 for a term that expires in 2019.

2013 election

Carlson ran for election to the Tioga County Magisterial District. Primary: He received 99 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013. Carlson also cross-filed in the Democratic primary where he received over 99% of the vote 
General: He won in the general election on November 5, 2013, receiving 99.5 percent of the vote.[2]
