Frank A. Gulotta, Jr. was a certificated judge for the Nassau County Supreme Court in New York. He was first appointed to the Supreme Court in 2009 and became a certificated justice the following year.[1][2]
Gulotta presided over the Nassau County Court.[3]
Education
Gulotta received his B.A. degree from Trinity College (1961) and his J.D. degree from the Columbia School of Law.[1]
Career
Gulotta began his career in 1965 as an Assistant District Attorney of Nassau County. He then worked as a partner of the law firm Gulotta & Stein in Mineola, NY from 1969 through 1995. His judicial career began in 1996 when he joined the Nassau County Court. He served there until 2005, when he was appointed a judge of the New York Court of Claims and an acting justice of the Nassau County Supreme Court. He was then appointed a Supreme Court Justice in 2009.[1]
