James R. Nichols, Sr. was a judge for the Malta Town Court in Saratoga County, New York. He was re-elected to an additional four-year term on November 8, 2011.[1] Nichols retired from the court in July 2012.[2]

Nichols won re-election as a Town Justice on November 8th after winning the Republican primary. He ran unopposed in the Primary and General Elections.[3][4][5][1]
