Thomas Carroll is an acting supreme court justice for the Red Hook Community Justice Center.[1] The court is located within Kings County.[2]
Carroll also serves on the Court of Claims in New York. He was appointed to the court by Governor George Pataki in 1997 and reappointed in 2005.[1]
