Ricardo J. Menchaca is a judge of the Washington County Circuit Court in the 20th Judicial District in Oregon. He was appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber on July 31, 2013, effective September 1, to replace Gayle Nachtigal.[1] He ran unopposed for election in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2021.[2][3][4]
