Ricardo J. Menchaca is a judge of the Washington County Circuit Court in the 20th Judicial District in Oregon. He was appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber on July 31, 2013, effective September 1, to replace Gayle Nachtigal.[1] He ran unopposed for election in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2021.[2][3][4]

Menchaca is a judge for the Washington County Circuit Court in Oregon. Prior to joining the court he was an attorney in private practice from 2011 until his appointment in 2013.[5]
