The Kentucky Unlimited Constitutional Amendments Referendum was on the November 6, 1951 ballot in Kentucky as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have permitted an unlimited number of amendments to be submitted at one time and changed the time and manner of voting on amendments.[1] It also would have allowed for special legislative sessions to propose future amendments. At the time, this could only be done in regular sessions.[2]
