Education
Medley received his JD from the University of Utah College of Law in 1977. He was a research attorney for the Third District Court as well as a Deputy Attorney for Salt Lake County. He also worked as an associate for the law firm of Cotro-Manes, Warr, Green & Shand. Medley was appointed to the Third District Court by Governor Norman H. Bangerter in December of 1992 and retired in 2012.[2]
