The Municipal Court of Plains is a municipal court in Georgia. The court tries ordinance violations, issues criminal warrants, conducts preliminary hearings, and hears misdemeanor cases of shoplifting and marijuana possession.[1] Plains Municipal Court has jurisdiction in Sumter County.
