The North Dakota Bootlegging Definition Referendum , was on the November , 7 1916 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure approved the 1915 Session Law Chapter 194, defining the crime and penalties for bootlegging alcohol.[2]
