The Municipal Court of Fort Gaines is a municipal court in Georgia. The court tries ordinance violations, issues criminal warrants, conducts preliminary hearings, and hears misdemeanor cases of shoplifting and marijuana possession.[1] Fort Gaines Municipal Court has jurisdiction in Clay County.
