Question G was on the November 5, 2002 election ballot in Baltimore City.

The official ballot summary reads:

Ordinance No. 02-383 to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to borrow up to $500,000 to be used for, or in connection with, the purchase of land or property and for constructing new buildings, structures and other facilities, and for the renovation, alteration, construction, reconstruction, installation, improvement and repair of existing buildings, structures and facilities, to be or now being used in connection with the activities of the Port Discovery Children's Museum and for equipping all such buildings, structures or facilities; and for doing all things necessary, proper or expedient in connection therewith.[1]
