The Montana Limitation of Municipal Indebtedness Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed limitations on city, town and school district indebtedness or liability to be changed without the approval of a majority of voters.[1][2]
