Carol A. Wolven was a judge for the New Haven District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] She was appointed to the bench in 2001 by Governor John Rowland.[2]
Education
Wolven earned an undergraduate degree from Fairfield University in 1975 and a master's degree in nursing from New York University in 1978. She was awarded a J.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1984.[3]
