Richard Newton was a Constitution Party candidate for District 26 of the Missouri State Senate. The primary election was on August 3, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Newton ran in the 2010 election for Massachusetts State Senate District 26. Newton was unchallenged in the Constitutional Party primary election on June 8, 2010, and was defeated by Brian Nieves in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1][2]
