Robert Winter ran for election for the Division 2 judge of the Kentucky Court of Appeals 6th Appellate District. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Winter was a 2014 candidate for the Kenton Family Court of the 16th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Kenton County in Kentucky.
