Scott F. Bieniek was a candidate for the Circuit Court of Owen County in Indiana in 2012.

Education

Bieniek received his Bachelors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He received his J.D.from the University of Illinois.[1]

Career

Bieniek works in private practice, and previously worked as the lead attorney for Herman Cain’s presidential campaign. At the time of his election, Scott practiced in Greencastle, but began his work in private practice with James Bopp Jr. in Terre Haute.[2]

2012 election

Bieniek ran against Lori Thatcher Quillen in the 2012 election, and was defeated.[3] The two were running to fill the seat left vacant by the retirement of judge Frank M. Nardi.
