William Kelly is a member of the Del Mar College Board of Regents in Texas, representing District 3. He assumed office on April 13, 2021. His current term ends on December 31, 2030.
Kelly won re-election to the Del Mar College Board of Regents to represent District 3 in Texas outright after the general election on November 5, 2024, was canceled.
