Carl E. Taylor is a judge for the Middlesex District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] He was appointed to the bench in 2001 by Governor John Rowland.[2] Taylor was confirmed by the Connecticut Legislature for another term in 2017.[3]
Education
Taylor earned an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and was awarded a J.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1981.[4]
