Lee Carter is a judge of Circuit 25 in Alabama.[1] He was elected to the court in 2006 and his current term expires in 2018.

Military service

Carter served for three years in the U.S. Marine Corps' Judge Advocate General Corps.[2]

Carter received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama in 1981 and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1984.[2]
