Maureen A. Skerda is the president judge on the Warren-Forest County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Skerda was elected to the court in 2005 was retained in 2015.[2]

Skerda earned her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from the Antioch School of Law.[2]
