Dustria Ann Relph is a district judge of Iowa District 5B. She was appointed to this position in 2014. Relph was retained in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1][2]

Biography

Relph earned her B.S. in health care management from Mercy College of Health Sciences in 2003 and her J.D. from Drake University in 2006.[1]

Relph, who previously worked as a registered nurse, was in private practice with the Chambers & Relph Law Firm before joining the bench in 2014.[1]
