Kevin Carroll is a judge on the Second Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by Governor Rick Scott in October 2011 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[1][2] His current six-year term expires on January 4, 2021.[3]

Carroll received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.[1]

Career

Carroll has spent his legal career in private practice, most recently with the firm Ausley and McMullen P.A. from 1992 to 2011.[1]
