Louis P. Etcheverry

Louis P. Etcheverry was a judge for the Superior Court of Kern County in California. He was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) in 2005 to succeed Roger Randall. Etcheverry was automatically re-elected in 2012.[1][2] Etcherverry retired from the court on October 24, 2013.[3] He passed away on January 1, 2016.[4]

Etcheverry received a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College and a J.D. from the University of Idaho.[2]

Etcheverry ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Etcheverry was automatically re-elected.[5]
