Robert M. Raciti

Robert M. Raciti was a judge of the New York City Criminal Court of Queens County. He was appointed to that position in May of 1998 and was reappointed in 2008. He also served as an Acting Justice of the Queens County Supreme Court, Criminal Term (11th Judicial District). He retired in 2011.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Raciti received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, his M.A. degree from Hofstra University and his J.D. degree from the New England School of Law.[1]

Career

Raciti began his career in 1978 as an Assistant District Attorney for the counties of Middlesex and Suffolk. In 1983, he joined the law firm of Morrison, Mahoney & Miller, where he practiced until 1985. He then worked as an Assistant District Attorney and Senior Appellate Counsel for New York County until 1998, when he was appointed to the New York City Criminal Court of Queens County.[1]
