Sondra Pardes

Sondra Pardes was a judge for the Supreme Court 10th Judicial District in New York. She joined the court in 2012 and retired in 2016.[1]

Education

Pardes received an undergraduate degree from Queens College in 1965, a Masters of Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work in 1968 and a J.D. from CUNY Law School in 1986.[1]

Pardes was elected to the Supreme Court 10th Judicial District in 2012. She was one of twelve candidates running for six seats in the general election on November 6, 2012. She ran on the Democratic and Working Families party tickets; she was elected as a Democrat with 8.22% of the vote.[2][3]
