John Ward (New York)
John Ward was a judge for the Chautauqua County Court in New York. He began serving in this position in 1993 following his election. He was later re-elected in 2002 to a term would have ended in 2022, but he retired on July 30, 2015.[1]
Education
Ward received his A.B. from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.[2][3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Ward worked as a Chautauqua County district attorney from 1978 through 1992.[2]
2012 election
Ward and William F. Coughlin were cross-endorsed by the Conservative and Independence parties. Ward was re-elected in the general election on November 6, winning 63.32% of the vote.[4][2]
