Robert J. Fleming is a former judge for the Eleventh Judicial District in Kansas. Fleming took the bench in 1996, and he retired on July 14, 2017.[1][2]

Elections

2014

Fleming was retained to District 11 with 65 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [1] 

2010

Fleming was retained to office with 65.1% of the vote.[3][4]

Education

Fleming earned his B.S. in business administration from Pittsburg State University and his J.D. from Washburn University of Topeka.[5]

Career

Fleming has been a member of the Executive Committee Kansas District Judges’ Association Judicial Qualifications Commission and chair of the Eleventh Judicial District Community Corrections since 1999. He worked in private practice from 1968 to 1996, and was a city attorney in Mulberry, Kansas from 1970 to 1973.[6]
