David L. Stutzman was a judge for the Twenty-First Judicial District in Kansas. He first joined the court in 1996.[1] He was retained in 2014 for a four-year term.[2] Stutzman resigned from the court in 2016.[3]

2014

Stutzman was retained to District 21 with 77.6 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2] 

2010

Stutzman was retained to the district court with 77.2 percent of the vote in 2010.[4][5]

Education

Stutzman earned his B.A. from the United States Naval Academy and his J.D. from the University of Kansas.[6]

Career

Stutzman was in private practice in Manhattan from 1982 through 1996. In 1996, he was appointed to the district court.[1]
