Robert V. Costanzo is a circuit judge for the 44th Judicial Circuit. It serves Bell County in Kentucky.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since August 2009.[2]

Costanzo was re-elected by voters in 2010 and again in 2014, winning an eight-year term that expires on January 1, 2023.[3][4][5][6]
