Renee Cardwell Hughes

Renee Cardwell Hughes was a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] She retired from the court on June 3, 2011. She took a position as the CEO of the Southeastern chapter of the American Red Cross following her retirement.[2][3]
