Sheldon R. Franklin was a judge on the Vicinage 14 Superior Court in New Jersey, which serves Ocean County. He was appointed in 1999 and reappointed with tenure in 2006. Franklin retired in September 2014.

Education

Franklin received his J.D. from Rutgers University in Newark.
