Arthur J. Batista

Arthur J. Batista is a judge of the New Jersey Vicinage 5 Superior Court. He assumed office in 2017. His term ended in 2023.

He was appointed to the court in 2016 by then-Gov. Chris Christie (R). He will face reappointment in 2024, and if reconfirmed, he may serve on the court until he reaches the mandatory retirement age of 70.[1]
