Russ Shuppert

Russ Shuppert is a former member of the Bakersfield City Board of Trustees. He represented Trustee Area 4 on the school board from July 23, 2019, to December 18, 2019.[1][2]
Prior to his 2019 appointment, Shuppert was appointed to fill a vacancy on the board in 2018. He ran for re-election to the board and lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.[3]
