Timothy P. Gilligan is a judge on the Parma Municipal Court in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.[1]

2012 election

Gilligan ran for a seat on the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. He was defeated in the Democratic primary on March 6, receiving 26.75% of the vote.[2][3]
