Duane Goettemoeller is a judge on the Sidney Municipal Court in Shelby County, Ohio. He was appointed by Governor Ted Strickland to a term commencing January 7, 2011 and was elected to the court in November 2011.[1] Goettemoeller's current term expires on December 31, 2019.

Goettemoeller received his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's College and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1982.[2]
