James P. Williams was an associate circuit court judge for the 9th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He did not seek re-election in 2014 and retired when his term expired in December 2014.

Williams received a B.S. from the University of Missouri and a J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.[2]
