Jeffrey A. Donnell is a former judge of the Second District Court in Albany County, Wyoming. He was appointed in October 1996. He was retained in 1998, 2004, and 2010.[1] Donnell retired on January 2, 2017.[2]
Education
Donnell received both his bachelor's degree and J.D. from the University of Wyoming.[3]
