The election in East Allen featured three seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. The District 1 race pitted newcomers Timothy E. Hines and Luray A. Riggle against one another, while the District 2 race featured challengers Richard A. Allgeier and Leland Etzler. In District 3, incumbent Stephen L. Terry Sr. ran against challengers Paulette Nellems and Kerri Zurbuch for the seat. District 1 board member William D. Hartman and District 2 board member Neil S. Reynolds did not file for re-election.
Timothy E. Hines defeated fellow newcomer Luray A. Riggle in the District 1 race, while Leland Etzler overcame Richard A. Allgeier for the District 2 seat. In District 3, board member Stephen L. Terry Sr. and Kerri Zurbuch lost to challenger Paulette Nellems.
