David A. Ellwood was a judge on the Guernsey County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio. He joined the court in January 1987 and was re-elected in November 2010 to a new six-year term which commenced on February 1, 2011, and expired on December 31, 2016.[1][2]

Education

Ellwood received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.[3]

2010 election

Ellwood was elected after running unopposed.[4]
