Kirk H. Nakamura

Kirk H. Nakamura was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed by Governor Gray Davis in October 2001 to succeed Robert Thomas.[1][2]

Education

Nakamura received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine and a J.D. from Duke University Law School.[2]

Career

Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County, Nakamura was a partner in the law firm of Beam, Brobeck, West & Sullivan. Nakamura also served as a judge pro tempore in small claims and traffic cases for ten years.[2]
