Stephen A. Wolaver was a judge on the Greene County Court of Common Pleas in Xenia, Ohio. He was first elected to the court in November 2002 and assumed office on January 1, 2003. Wolaver was re-elected to the Greene County Court of Common Pleas in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 1, 2021. He retired from the court at the end of that term.

Education

Wolaver received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in 1972 and his J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School in 1975.

Career

Before joining the court, Wolaver practiced law in Fairborn, Ohio. He has also served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for twenty-six years and as chief trial counsel since 1989.
