Stephen A. Wolaver was a judge on the Greene County Court of Common Pleas in Xenia, Ohio. He was first elected to the court in November 2002 and assumed office on January 1, 2003.[1] Wolaver was re-elected to the Greene County Court of Common Pleas in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 1, 2021.[2] He retired from the court at the end of that term.[3]

Wolaver was re-elected to the Greene County Court of Common Pleas in November 2008 for a six-year term, effective until January 1, 2015.[1][5][6]

Education

Wolaver received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in 1972 and his J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School in 1975.[7]

Career

Before joining the court, Wolaver practiced law in Fairborn, Ohio. He has also served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for twenty-six years and as chief trial counsel since 1989.[1]
