John J. Bauercamper is a district court judge of District 1A of Iowa. He was first appointed to this position in 1986.[1] His current term expires in 2018.
Education
Bauercamper received his bachelor's degree in 1970 from the University of Northern Iowa and his law degree in 1973 from the University of Minnesota.[1]
Career
Bauercamper began his legal career as a private practice lawyer, an Allamakee County attorney and a juvenile court referee.[1]
2012 election
Bauercamper was retained in the general election on November 6, winning 77.5% of the vote.[2][3]
