Gerald Brian Lopez
Gerald Brian Lopez was a member of the Northside Independent School District in Texas, representing District 2. He assumed office in 2015. He left office in 2024.

Biography
Gerald Brian Lopez was born in Los Angeles, California. He earned a bachelor's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2016. His career experience includes working as a landscaper. Lopez previously served as a former chief of staff to city council member Ray Lopez. He has been affiliated with the Northside Education Foundation.[1]

|Lopez graduated from Mount Sacred Heart, Holy Cross High School, and Our Lady of the Lake University. He served as Chief of Staff for City Councilman Ray Lopez from 2009 until 2017. Lopez is a small business owner. Lopez has been married for 28 years to Elizabeth Sanchez-Lopez and together they have three children. Lopez served on the PTA committee as vice president. Gerald has lived most of his life in the district, first in the Edgewood area and now in the Northwest Side.
For the past 23 years, Lopez has been actively involved in Fiesta Noche del Rio, an annual summer show at the Arneson River Theater that celebrates San Antonio in music and dance. Proceeds benefit the Alamo Kiwanis and children’s charities.- Ensure access to affordable or free high-speed internet connectivity and Increase affordable healthcare access for all Texans
- Fight to protect the rights of all Texans regardless of age, ethnicity, disability, gender, religion, sexuality or veteran status
- Reform the Texas Workforce Commission to include a way for the “self-employed” and “gig” workers to participate in the unemployment system
